What the site is
dealzory.com publishes information about discount codes and deals offered by third-party retailers. It is an information service, not a store.
Purchases
We are not a party to any purchase. Ordering, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by the retailer’s own terms.
Accuracy
We work to keep the board current, but retailers can change, restrict or withdraw an offer at any time without telling us. The terms and price that apply are the ones on the retailer’s site when you buy.
Commission
We may earn a commission when you buy after following a link from the site; see the affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully.
Marks and content
Retailer names and marks belong to their owners and identify the retailer only. The site’s own text and design belong to the publisher. Rights holders can email hello@dealzory.com with the page address and details of the work.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from use of the site or from a purchase with a retailer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
